In times where we feel defeated, we must remember that there is always light during times of darkness. Here are a list of things I do to stay uplifted:
1. Tell yourself every morning that you are fabulous. 2. When large task seem impossible, break them down and write down small task to achieve the large task ahead. 3. Learn from your failures and realize that experiencing failure will only make you stronger. 4. Never let anyone dictate who you are.
